• Some PPO insurances as Out of Network Rate

• Cash payment - $80($60 for seniors)

Please contact us if you would like us to check the benefits for Acupuncture/Yoga.  You can also contact your insurance company's customer service to verify the benefits for the treatments.  If you have any insurance not listed above that you would like us to accept, we will be happy to check the plan of the insurance and see if it meets our requirements.
